Hi everyone. I've been a member of this site for a while now, so I figured it's about time I posted something. I have a 78 Aspen Super Coupe that I picked up last summer to replace the one I sold a few years ago (dummy!). The car runs real nice, I drove it home over 5 hours when I bought it. The motor is the original 360 that has been recently rebuilt, with a mild performance cam, aftermarket intake, headers and dual exhaust with an X-pipe and Flowmasters. It sounds very nice. The trans is the 727 and it has 3.55 gears.

The body of the car isn't too bad. It does need paint and it also has the typical lower front frame rail/floorboard issues. I already bought the frame caps for it and I'm looking for some rust free floors. I'm not worried about painting it right away as the car is going to be driven alot and enjoyed, not just parked in the garage and covered.

Thanks for this great site. It's nice to have a place such as this with other people who are into the F-bodies. They really are great cars. I will try to attach a pic of my Super Coupe.

Welcome aboard! You have a very nice Super Coupe. Im sure its fun to drive with all those mods :icon_mrgreen:
Good to hear you are enjoying your car. People have to get their cars out to enjoy them, you cant get any enjoyment watching it sit in the garage.
Check back often :D

Thanks for the welcome. I used to have a 71 Demon that was a garage queen. Great car, but no fun to drive because you were worried something was going to happen the whole time. And besides, the F-bodies drive and handle alot better anyways! LOL!
