WOOHOO New biproject!

Yess.. and I succseeded again!! Me and a friend just brought home this nice (rotten) 1979 Dodge Adventurer SE truck, and to my big satisfaction the floorpans are just like the R/T!! Big hole`s everywhere.. So most of the floor section in the cab needs to be replaced.. Sweet! more welding and ass-work... But the rest of the truck is in pretty good condition after standing 8 years on the same spot.... And as mopars usually do.. a little bit of gasoline, power and sweet talk, it fired right up, and runs like a kitten.. 318 cid 727 trans with a sweet mama Dana 60 rear axle... this car will be a accelent truck-rod project....

Ok... here is a picture from yesterday when we picked it up 1 hour drive from where I live..
And.... notice the flat tire on the a littlebit to small trailor :)

Nice, where did you find that one at? Doesnt look to be in to bad of shape, except for the floor pan of course. What all are your plans for it?

The plans are to lower it, paint it "primer" gray and make it look old and warn.. nice chrome and wheels... Let`s call it a Rat-truck.. :):)

I don`t like to sit still.. I always somehow got something to do.. but I think it`s great.
And to work on old cars, and make them useful again feels good..
But still... I need to be careful so I don`t get sick of it, hehe

Last weekend we took of the bed and started welding the outside of the cab.. It think it looks nice. I`ll post some pics when I can, and the floor is done.. I`ll take some pics this weekend :)
