    Volare Roadrunner finished...Thank you board members!

    A little over a year ago, I came onto the site looking for an old Volare to turn into a car that would look like the 76 my Dad owned when I was a kid. Several people on the boards helped me with questions ranging from rim sizes, to bolt on parts to getting a white interior. Heck, you guys even figured out why it wouldnt start just by the symptoms and I fixed it in 15 minutes. I know its not perfect, but I think I replicated it as well as I could considering I have never worked on a car in my life. I will be surprising him with it next week when he flys in for Christmas. Thanks again everyone!!

    Thanks!! Yes, that was taken on my second Birthday. I replicated the same pictures with my 2 year old to put in an album with how the car was made. He is going to love it
