Unless you can find them NOS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,they're made of unobtainium. Urethane ones are available from any number of sources. They use the same ones as a B body.
1979 Aspen Sunrise 500". Bought in 1987 with 72,000 miles and a mighty E24 California emission 90hp leaning tower of power/4-speed
1996 Dakota with a torque monster (not) 3.9L V-6 and automatic owned since 1998. Now demoted to winter duty
2008 Ford Mustang V6, the new summer daily driver

Someone is actually reproducing the iso mount for the 73 up B body. There are some for sale on ebay. Too bad they haven`t made them for the F body. Personally I don`t like urethane but our choices are limited. Here are two NOS ones on ebay. Not cheap. https://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-Mopar-1...53.m1438.l2649

I'm running the Firm Feel isolators digemdeep linked. I'm very happy with them. But they are solid metal, not like the original units. If you want a better handling car go solid, if you want factory correct restoration the poly ones are probably the best you can do unless you want to wait and hope that NOS parts show up.
