    Default paging eric need pic of your clutch linkage

    eric i need a pic of you clutch linkage mainly the clutch fork mine is missing the spring that that holds tension on the clutch fork i believe it attatches to the bell housing but not sure thats what i need to see there is a notch in the clutch fork one half of the spring sits there i need to see where the other half attatches thanks!!! brett

    Hey Brett, I have a service manual with a picture of it. Would this do for you? Anyway the spring goes through the fork in a elongated slot near the fork rod hole and the other end of the spring hooks to the bell housing. Plus here is the pictures...

    Same two pictures in my manual...there is a hole in the bell housing that you can't miss.

    thanks guys i should have looked first lol (and i am a service manager for a dodge dealership) yep was easy to see wow the clutch actually feels and works like it supposed to!! i did a gear swap to 4.10's and i missed the spring being gone my parts manager noticed it i wondered why my free play was almost non existent and the clutch released way to high!!
