ID:	953We'll as I said on welcome wagon hoping this winter is the time for this project to get back on track . Not a lot to do , blow in sassy grass green paint for now and clear , buff it to match, re assemble the car , interior etc, install stripe kit , supply and install engine and tranny . I have a strong running 360 in a 1980 Roadrunner parts car I will probably put in for now to expedite the project and get rolling by spring .

Car is ready for paint. I spot puttied all the little spots, sanded & primed it, now cleaned and sanded with 1500 grit ready to blow in the base coat . I ordered the paint code J6 Sassy Grass/Green Go base coat, will be in today. My compressor blew up , so I bought a replacement today at TSC, not a bullet proof pro one, but not a total pos either. Campbell Hausfeld 60 gallon was on sale for $499, $400 off. Will do me and my little shop just fine for a few years. I cleaned up my HVLP gun and started preparing. I hope to have it painted this weekend. It has been about 10 years since I did any real body work and painting. I will be blending the green in, then blending in the clear. I am using aerosol blender to spray in after the clear coat is applied. I have not used it before, I hope everything turns out awesome, I feel confident it will. I will get some pics up as I go.

Thanks man. I cant take credit it for it as it was there when I bought the car, but ya I like it too. It is fully functional as well.
