Default 1979 Plymouth Volare for sale

Well, after driving it around this spring/summer, I've decided my baby is just too tight for me. I'm a bigger guy and I need something w/ more room. So.....after putting almost $8,000 into this car, I'm putting her up for sale. She's good to go. Rebuilt slant six, new everything. Head ported and polished along w/ the ex. manifold. New tires, battery, starter, alt, exhaust, crack-free grille, new rear shocks, new brakes, new rebuilt steering box, new ignition control module, new eveything! This is a southern car (shipped to me from Alabama). Located in Ill.
I'll never get what I have into her, so I'm going to ask a reasonable $4,600 obo and see where that goes. Car will drive anywhere. Runs great.

Trust me, I'm $8,000 all in on the car. I don't want to. But at 5'11, 280lbs, I need something bigger. I'm bummed Chris sold his Chrysler Newport Custom. Would have been perfect!

Price lowered; accepting offers. I also just ordered a hood trim molding from Marty and I won a sport steering wheel off Ebay that I am going to put on. Took her for a long drive today and I really wish she was bigger.

Post more pictures to gain more interest without dropping the price and be as patient as you can.

On another note drill some new holes and move the front seat back.

lol...I wish it were leg length; that I could deal with. It's width! My left shoulder is up on the side of the interior (most onmfortable just to rest my arm on the door edge) and my left thigh is pushing on the door.

Good for you. Only took three weeks and it didn't cost you anything to list it here.
