    Going back to manifolds is a step backwards.
    Just make sure the collector gaskets and flange gaskets are from Remflex.

    I cut it a little narrower than the width of the strap so you wouldn't see it looking at the strap from the side.

    I bought 1" wide stainless flat bar and bent them up myself using the originals as templates.
    Pretty easy to do.
    Even with making the notched section that hooks into the support brackets....

    Here is the one I made for the early 76 gas tanks with the hump.
    I punched out the 5/16" line and bent up some 3/8" stainless line.
    Mig welded on both sides for a leak free seal.
    I still have it....
