Looks like it was powdercoated or heavy paint? Doesn`t look too bad. I have seen worse damage to aluminum with just pitting. If thick enough there I would get that area resurfaced smooth if possible...

That number seems like it a number for a later year. Usually it would start with a 3 unless it was replaced at one time with a superseded part number which is possible for sure. Have you tried to...
here are the numbers off my 77 right rear
I sent you a pic of the numbers to your email. I couldn`t log in for some reason I guess due to the site issues?
I had two 390 Holleys on my 360 Tunnel ram. It would purr like a kitten. IMO the worst thing is to go too large on the carbs. Never had any issues with getting enough vacuum for my power brakes.
I checked the part numbers between the two and they are different. I assume it is the mounting plate.
BTW, I checked the part numbers and they are different. 3845905 for the aspen and 3722348 for the dart/duster
Yea, i am having the same issue. Glitch?
I wonder what the difference is between a 76 duster rear shock and the aspen one? They sure look the same. Maybe the mounting plate? ebay auction 154066329574 (For some reason I couldn`t post the link...
Wow! looks new. Cool intake. Love to see how it works out for you.
I think I may have a NOS one but it may take some effort to find it. I can look for it over the weekend.
Looking good. BTW, Did you have to change the K frame from V8 to slant. LOL
Snowing and raining off and on. Gutters are frozen so hopefully I won`t have a issue with ice dams. I had that issue in another house and if flooded the walls in the family room.
Think about it, a snowblower will give you more time to do other stuff and save your back to boot. Snow sucks BTW.
When they are rusted they are tough to get off without messing them up for sure. I may have one NOS end but I paid $$ for it.
I have some too but the same here when shipping them from MD
Your welcome. I`m glad I could help.
Always better to be plowing snow in a warm truck with some cookies in your pocket.
My electric starter went bad after a couple years. It got water inside and rusted. I removed it as I usually pull started it anyway. It starts on one pull when warm and couple pulls when ice cold. As...
I have a troybuilt snow blower with a 8hp Tecumseh . It is about 15 years old but still runs well. Don`t get anything smaller engine wise if you have to do a large driveway.
Birthday guy is now the number one poster to boot.
Got about 4-5 inches of snow today. Got away with not having to bring out the snow blower until now. Snow was nice and fluffy so it was easy to clean up.
Don`t know why but it is absolutely the truth.
Seems like you have been lucky enough so far to get one of those every year. HB!:bdayparty::bdayparty:
Washed my truck today to get rid of the salt. It was in the 50`s today. Most of the snow has melted.
