Took mine to the office today (while no one else was there). It's not my favorite driving 45 in 2nd gear, but I don't want to let her sit until whenever I can get on top of that work. The 1-2 shift is solid. Warmed up I get enough reverse to be serviceable, but I'm sure that is stripping the front clutch every time I do it.

Put the battery charger on the F today, just to be sure it's fully charged when the time comes. With the cold , dark and rain this weekend, tough to get motivated to do much of anything on the car, any car. Headed back out there now, maybe I will get inspired, lol.

This afternoon I put on my CCP brake calipers, removed the upper control arms and installed the MOOG MOK7091 offset arm shafts and the spacers under the plate to give as much positive caster I can when I get the car realigned.

Took mine out for a while today.

Later I took apart the front corner markers and license plate light and cleaned the sockets since they were intermitent. All three are broken. After some looking I couldn't find replacements except NOS. I don't want to replace brittle plastic with brittle plastic on a driver. Something made recently is in order.

Hm. I meant the lense part rather than the wiring part. I'll probably be getting those wiring bits if that stuff isn't included with the Painless harness, when I get that far.

Finally did my driver's door light switch.

Did the 4 doors ever have light switches for the rear doors? I'd like to have that function, but I didn't immediately see the correct place to add the switches.

I do not remember them having switches for the rear doors. If they did and yours are missing then you should be able to find the threaded hole where it should be.

No holes. I was thinking they might need to be drilled in on option cars like how my passenger door has a mark where the mirror control cable would get drilled.

I see rear door switches on the wiring diagrams for other Mopars from the 70s, but nothing in all the stuff I have about Fs.

Without a mark getting it located where it functions correctly first try doesn't sound fun.
