Well the weather was just right yesterday.

Spent a couple hours with mama, cruisin the back roads between small towns. Stopped in to see some friends with their 3 Superpaks. 77 & 78 R/T T-bars, and a 77 RR too.

Good day to put it in the breeze!

My original intent was to whip it out today and drive the Aspen to work since there was zero rain in the forecast (for once). However,,,,,,,,,when I went out to the mailbox early this morning, I looked down my street and there was crap everywhere from the storm last night. I guess you'd call it debris. Sticks, twigs, branches, and other assorted things that I couldn't identify. Nixed the Aspen idea after I saw that. Turns out it was a good decision. My street was nothing compared to what I saw on the way to work. Foxglove road over Mosinee Hill was a gosh darnit obstacle course. Bad enough having to drive the Mustang through that stuff, much less the hot rod.

After working hard all weekend we took time out yesterday to go enjoy the freedom so many have sacrificed to give us.
Then a pair of bald eagles came and yelled at us for being on their beach at the nature preserve like they own the place. Chatter chatter chatter. About 10 of us humans left within 15 minutes. Ever had Eagles yell at you? Still a pretty good day with Temps in the low 70's.
