Vintage Air: aftermarket air conditioning systems

Anybody use Vintage Air aftermarket air conditioning systems? It appears they don't have an F-body kit like for other Mopars.

There was a complete mopar kit on ebay but I can`t find it now. It either wasn`t relisted or it was sold. Chrysler use to sell dealer install kits. My 76 had add on a/c in it back in the day. It was kinda of cheesy compared to todays stuff. The first thing I did to it was remove the a/c.

That was a dealer installed A/C package on Ebay but the guy wanted $2,500 (I think it was) for it. The old York compressor wasn't R134a compatible either and R12, when you can find it, is VERY expensive. Last I checked it goes for close to $100/lb.

With Vintage Air, you'd pretty much have to piece together the parts to make a system for an F-body. It MAY be possible to adapt an A-body kit(?)

Yea, it was a crazy price. That was the same compressor that was on my 76.
