    I have a vintage #2 pencil used in scantron testing in schools before the invention of writing. I think I might list it for $2,950.00.

    Lol!

    That's a really good shipped price on the one from Australia. I'd expect to see it listed for that total or more plus shipping in USA. The 77 is what I meant about what people think they might get today. But I've seen them disappear for half of that. Really seems absurd. But if that's what the market will bear, who am I to say otherwise?

    The 77 model kit for $150? I'd like the box in better shape but the price isn't terrible.

    That 77 was readily available at $55-60 about six months before the Fuzz Duster reissue. I'm not complaining. But I'm neither trying to buy in this market, as I've already got a really nice collection. I'm just considering the context of time and a price increase I don't fully understand.

    I was never big on doing models even as a kid but they sure are cool to look at. Me personally I would not pay more then 30 or 40 bucks for one.
