Thanks Everyone! I'm still around but easily distracted LOL. The motor is almost ready to go back in the car, but I had miss-placed the Flywheel bolts and probably spent the last year looking for them. Well I found them a week ago in my Flywheel underneath the clutch plate sitting on my bench... Doh! I have been working on finishing up the final touches to the motor this week. I finally got my hands on a nice Harmonic balancer tool, so I got my balancer pressed on and re-installed the alternator brackets and alternator so I could test fit the belt I got and it all seemed to fit nicely! I'm putting a fresh coat of paint on the Fan and water-pump pulley and finishing up plumbing the water pump bypass hoses to the Head and she should be ready to drop back into Ol'Red! I miss driving this car so much! I Can't wait to get her running again!

This weekend was productive! Had a friend come over and help me get the motor back into my Old Girl! (I'm in the picture)

........and backwards too. The tab goes between the belt and heater hoses. slot goes to the alternator.

Ha! I figured the tab was on there to give you something to hold onto when you pulled the alternator back to tighten the belt. I also had the passenger sided engine mount on upside down as well in the picture where its hanging from the hoist. We figured that out when we couldn't get it into the mount cradle :-D
