    79 Aspen grille

Looking for a good 79 Aspen grille. Mine still has the turn signals mounted but the center section is gone. I dont believe I can re-use what I have so needing a complete grille with good turn signal lenses. 620-364-8200

You are in for a search. Good used '78/'79 Aspen grille's are far and few between. They're seemingly made from unobtanium. Once in a great while an NOS turns up for sale and priced accordingly (meaning $1,200-$1,500). Don't mean to discourage you, just letting you know.

Now watch, after I said all that, 10 perfect grille's will show up for sale.

Try Kitcar Chris who is a member here. I know he had some used ones in really nice shape. Don`t know if he has any left but it`s worth a try.

It would be beneficial to others to make the broken pieces of your old grille available cheaply when you find a replacement. I usually cut off and sell chunks and pieces of grille for $10-15 here and there and I've run low on pieces to help others repair theirs now. So many people just have a section or small area that's broken out and would be grateful to you if you help keep them from the significant purchase of an entire replacement grille. The very top bar of a 78-79 grille is often the most desired and needed piece to at least get a section of. I ask a little more for that.

I see a '78-'79 Aspen grille that this guy has on FMJ body only. It's in one of the photos of stuff he's going to put on ebay and, it appears to be intact.

If you can show a pic of what you need that would help. Or describe the section and side. I have broken pieces from here and there.

Some people aren't online community joiner's, but also have needs to enjoy their cars locally. He left his number and left it at that. That's fine.

But I know who Bill is even if he's only got four posts. Sounds like Chuck has him hooked up already.
