How many RR / RT had a crank sunroof?

My white 76 RR I had in high school had a crank sun roof. Over the years I have never seen another one. How unique was this option?

Wish I had more pictures, I really miss that car.....

Can't imagine there were all that many made with the crank sunroof.

Hey, no smoking (or eating, or drinking) in the car!

LOL! Yeah, my body just wouldn't bend that way anymore.

WOW! The book says 1,848 H-29 w/ V8, minus 577 HP29 w/ V8 = 1,271 M52 hand crank moonroof. But that would still be between HL and HH 29's for '77. I'm assuming '77 based on the more exceptional rarity shown in it's color variation!

You had a white Superpak? WOW !!!

I have yet to find a single page of factory to dealer documentation on those "wrong color" Superpaks. But there is no argument that they were built and their fender tags exist to document it. It's just my personal best guess but I think they must have been some sort of '77 spring special thing. I've never seen one built before 3-18 day. My yellow one is mid May. I think there are four of the white ones known to survive. But off the top of my head I can only think of the ones in Florida and Georgia.

Say, I was actually just going to look for a post where you mentioned wanting to change your bumpers? Would you be interested in a set of Fairmont/ Zephyr aluminum bumpers?

I'm thinking I'll go with the early smooth Duster bumper (steel). I'm still looking for one in so-so but straight shape since I'll be cutting on it. My other option is to modify a 76-79 f-body bumper for my 80.

If I ever hit the lottery I would ask Mark Worman to build my high school car!

Well, that too! I got one of those window bonnets on a stick and makes cleaning the back window on both the Aspen and Mustang MUCH easier. Especially that darn Mustang, what with the back window darn near horizontal and all. Just getting in the back seat requires contortionist moves to even get at the back window.

Forgot to mention the car also had an 8 trac and a CB radio; they eventually got pitched when I joined the Army.

Of course what did I do, pull them and installed a Pioneer Powertuner with the Radio Shack Power Booster. If I remember correctly wasn't the power booster 10W?
