Need 1976-1979 Volare 2dr interior plastic parts.

Middle of restoration on my 1976 Volare Road Runner and need interior plastic parts. I live in Arkansas and the sun/heat has baked mine beyond repair. Specifically need rear side panels with triangle quarter windows (not landau) and pressed board headliner. Doesn't matter the color as long as they are usable and not chalky or broken. Willing to make a road trip to pick up if needed. I do have a few surplus parts for trade or sell from two parts cars. Just ask and I will see if I have what you are looking for. Thanks

Seems you're aware that shipping cost on large items offsets a road trip. Don't know about all the way to Lake Erie tho. Interior quarters can be found but Headliners are a problem for everybody regardless. I spoke with a guy a few months ago who was experienced in fiberglass and planned to modify one from a Neon. Haven't heard how that went. Guess I should ask him.

    I've got a nice 76 77 coupe headliner.
Might have a decent set of int panels too.
Have to dbl ck storage for those.

    Think there's 4 or 5 headliners all together...3 coupe 1 sedan and a wagon.
    Shipping is hideous on them.
Most likely why I still have 4 or 5 ....

I would be nice if Dantes could come up with a headliner like the A body one they sell.

They'd need a good example of each to copy.

Thanks Rattle Trap, yeah I know shipping would be expensive but being retired I don't mind a good road trip. Not many usable Volare or Aspen interiors anywhere close to me here in the South. If I can find a good set at a reasonable price my wife and I will plan a road trip and stop along the way to find new places and people to meet. We dated in my 76 Road Runner and have kept this car with us almost 40 years. Lol

Did you happen to find a good set of interior panels? Our son used to go to school in Phoenix and have made the trip for a NASCAR race a few years back. Are the headliners for the coups the pressed board with pin holes in it? It is two days one way no matter what but if you have a good set of plastics and a headliner and don't want too much I would be interested.

Superpak, do you know how much you want for them and do you have any other interior plastic parts? ie: A pillar covers, lower rear seat belt covers, etc. You are almost a straight shot North of me here in Arkansas and don't mind a good trip to get a really good set of plastics. Just let me know when you get a chance. Thanks
