    77 Aspen shock

    I need a rear drivers side bumper shock for a 77 Aspen. I'm near Milwaukee WI.

    I wonder what the difference is between a 76 duster rear shock and the aspen one?They sure look the same. Maybe the mounting plate? ebay auction 154066329574 (For some reason I couldn`t post the link to it.)

    BTW, I checked the part numbers and they are different. 3845905 for the aspen and 3722348 for the dart/duster

    I checked the part numbers between the two and they are different. I assume it is the mounting plate.

    Are the part numbers stamped anywhere on the body? I have a set of four sitting, don't remember what there from.

    I'll check after work and see if there are any numbers on the shock assembly.

    The number I pulled off my 77 was 4014759. That was stamped on both assemblies.
