The water damage and bubbling paint scares me a little.

Not a bad project, I like that car has a lot of potential as a nice driver, wonder if the fender tag is intact indicating that is the original color, if so yes super rare. Ad is adamant that the car is all original, but obviously it isn't, like the stripes and steering wheel etc.. Body not great though, and unfortunately the starting bid is more than I would be willing to pay for the car. Needs a complete interior and body job/ paint job, and condition of floor pans/frame rails is unknown so would only be worth it if the car was like $500-$1000, even restored only worth $10k so in that condition $4500 is a dream...... too bad I like the car and it deserves to be saved / driven.

I don't want to run down somebody's car but there's issues that bother me. First, from what I can see and use to surmise about what I can't, it's a yerf dog. I'm not scared of similar cars at 1/3 the price with a truckload of parts. But that's just me, I buy the ones that I can get my money out of in the parts if I had to. Secondly, everything about this car says NL, yet it's riding on a NH title? I'd have to see the body vin's. Third, it's a 76. Or probably a 76. So add those issues to wet storage, and we're back to where we started. Just my opinion tho. I look at Everything like sour grapes these days so it isn't as hard to behave myself...
